As the technology has continued to advance, one of the main concerns surrounding AI and Smart technology has been customer privacy – or the potential lack thereof. However, Workday has taken steps to address these potential issues by ensuring that their customer privacy is a top priority through the launch of their privacy principles
The three principles are:
- Put Privacy First
- Innovate Responsibly
- Safeguard Fairness & Trust
You can see Workdays principles in use in Workday’s Innovation Services, which utilise smart technologies to optimises the Workday experience, and the security features are clearly listed with ease of access for all customers with an emphasis placed on control of customer data.
It’s great to see Workday leading the way to ensure they are ahead of the curve not only in the adoption of intelligent technologies but also the privacy of their customers. With the focus on GDPR at the start of this year, it is no surprise that technology giants are beginning to prioritise their privacy and security measures, and I only expect to see this focus increase as technology continues to evolve.
