Cogito is a tech startup that has not only found science – the business as a whole has grown its profits rapidly over the last few years and it has recently raised $73 million with the support from Goldman Sachs and Salesforce Ventures. Cogito helps increase the quality of call centres’ customer service by being able to analyse customers’ voices and raise a flag in case they’re not satisfied.
Earlier this month, the company has also expanded and created a whole new company that focusses on detecting mental illness – based on the sound on your voice!

It is also reassuring to see that even though the world is evolving and exploring Artificial Intelligence, Salesforce and it’s peers are still seeing the value of humanity and ethics.
