So, as 2018 draws to a close I look back on my first 8 months recruiting into the ServiceNow eco-system, and what an exciting 8 months its been! I attended my first (of many to come) ServiceNow events – Now Box in Edinburgh and then in October, Now Forum in London. I’ve built some great working relationships across partners and end users of the tool across multiple sectors and I’ve built a network of professional contractors who I’m excited to work within 2019. And with the continuous release of positive news articles relating to ServiceNow – like the one below, I think its safe to say that myself, like many others in the ServiceNow ecosystem are building a career in an exciting space.
And what a better way to end the year than with another fantastic news article – ServiceNow being recognised as a 2018 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for IT Service Management Tools. I’m sure, ServiceNow take great pride in this distinction, as customer feedback continues to shape their products and services which in turn means more customers and growth!
In its announcement, Gartner explains:
The Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice is a recognition of vendors in this market by verified end-user professionals, taking into account both the number of reviews and the overall user ratings.”
To ensure fair evaluation, Gartner maintains rigorous criteria for recognising vendors with a high customer satisfaction rate. This makes it even more of a win for ServiceNow, considering how high the standard has been set.
