Salesforce has augmented its Financial Services Cloud to enable businesses to deliver customer service at a level that builds loyalty.
Both Lightning Integration and Salesforce Einstein have been integrated to provide better customer service features; with the former enabling customers to book appointments and the latter adding smart capabilities into the Financial Services Cloud suite such as addressing complaints and queries, and predicting customer interest.

By introducing these additions to the Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce is taking a step in the direction of being the one-stop-shop for financial clients to be able to offer their customers everything they need from one platform.
I’m sure this isn’t the final addition we will see to their platform, and I for one am interested to see how they continue to advance their offering as technology – and customer needs – continue to evolve.
