After moving from working in the Microsoft space at the beginning of the year I started my journey with Salesforce and what a year it has been! I’m sure anybody from the ecosystem reading this piece will agree that the community feel and ethos of Salesforce is second to none. I have met some amazing people, made some life long friends and been involved in a wide range of events that bring the community closer.
From the London World Tour which was the best convention I have ever attended (by a country mile) to the community events from the Trailblazer community and most recently, the ISV Christmas party!

Since meeting Maritina from Data Dwell earlier in the year we have worked together to make this event bigger and bigger and expect it to grow further in the New Year. We had Christmas jumpers, mulled wine, all the Christmas classic songs and a festive quiz which all moulded the evening into a great bit of fun. Even Santa attended in the form of Chris Hyde from Validity to spread the Christmas cheer , which was definitely one for the books.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everybody that has helped make my year in this space so much fun and wish everyone a very merry Christmas and a cracking new year.
Can’t wait to see what next year will bring; I’m really looking forward to catching up with everyone in January, and meeting some new friends in the wonderful world of Salesforce.
See you all on the other side!!!
Great post Chris and thanks for the mention. Hats off to you too and the team at Third Republic for supporting the ecosystem and helping us push out SF Society Magazine to the network. Loving your pool table too!
